1/2 c. Maple Syrup
1/2 c. Cranberry Juice (I used the liquid components from above recipe cuz that's what I had!)
1/4 c. Raisins
1/4 c. Walnuts, roughly chopped
2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar (or regular cider vinegar as above)
1/4 tsp. Each: Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg

Bring all the ingredients to a boil.
Reduce heat, simmer for 15-20 mins.
Stir occasionally, while mashing the cranberries with a masher.
Serve chilled or hot.
Makes approx. 1.5 cups.
